Normalized accounting entries ready to import in A3, Sage, Wolters or others. Grootboek (ledger) structure compatible with the standard NL workflow.

XML / UBL

Invoices and documents in UBL 2.1 format, the European standard for electronic exchange of tax and accounting documents.

ZIP

All original documents packaged together with the engine outputs. Complete traceability: original + extraction + validation.

CSV / JSON

All flagged or escalated documents, with explanation of the reason. They're not hidden — delivered as a workable list for review.

SHA-256

SHA-256 hash per document. Any subsequent modification is detectable. The calculation is always reproducible from the same input.
