No. The engine automates verifiable documentary and tax work: extracts, validates, calculates and exports. Decisions on open cases, tax judgment or exceptional situations remain with the user or advisor. What it cannot resolve, it marks and escalates.
They are delivered in a separate list with the reason for flagging. The engine doesn't decide — it informs. The review and final decision are the user's. Nothing is hidden or automatically discarded.
No. It's designed for self-employed and ZZP'ers with low or medium tax complexity, without intensive cash operations. Retail, mass ticketing or complex labor cases fall outside the perimeter. The scope page details exactly what fits and what doesn't.
PDF, document images, documentary ZIPs and historical batches. Also via email, webhook, or direct form. The engine processes what it receives without prior reformatting.
The audit trail leaves a trace of each engine decision. If something is incorrect, it's reproducible and auditable. Furthermore, any document with ambiguity is flagged — the engine doesn't make definitive decisions on what isn't verifiable.
The engine uses BCMath for all tax calculations, guaranteeing deterministic precision. The same input always produces the same output. The SHA-256 hash per document guarantees the result hasn't been modified.
The CSV grootboek output is compatible with the main NL market software (A3, Sage, Wolters and equivalents). UBL 2.1 is the European standard for fiscal document exchange. The exact integration depends on each office's or software's workflow.
